This Sunday we continue the series, “Community In An Individualized Culture!” We will be looking at some issues facing many churches today such as how the “You only need God” message has had a crippling effect on relationships in the body of Christ; Failure to marry the Great Commission to the Great Command; as well as understanding God’s design of how humanity is created to need God but need one another as well.

We will begin here in 1 John 4:9-12:

9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.

10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God lives and abides in us…
